I founded NOIR The Agency in 2021 and today it stands as New Zealand’s first Black-owned talent agency. Based in Tāmaki Makaurau, Auckland and working beyond its borders, I represent an exceptionally diverse roster of actors, models and creatives whose identities, cultures and experiences reflect the world as it truly is; and together, we represent the future.

Under my direction, our talent have featured across major fashion, commercial, local and international film productions; including recent global studio releases. As the agency expands into new international markets, I continue working worldwide with casting directors, producers and creatives to connect them with distinctive talent.

NOIR exists to protect and champion talent who have historically been overlooked or poorly supported within the film, fashion and commercial industries. Representation without care is not enough; we represent the future because we are committed to shaping it.
