I founded NOIR The Agency in 2021 and today it stands as New Zealand’s first Black-owned talent agency. Based in Tāmaki Makaurau, Aotearoa and working beyond its borders, I represent an exceptionally diverse roster of actors, models and creatives whose identities, cultures and experiences reflect the world as it truly is; and together, we represent the future.
Under my direction, our talent have featured across major fashion, commercial, local and international film productions; including recent global studio releases. As the agency expands into new international markets, I continue working worldwide with casting directors, producers and creatives to connect them with distinctive talent.
NOIR exists to protect and champion talent who have historically been overlooked or poorly supported within the film, fashion and commercial industries. Representation without care is not enough; we represent the future because we are committed to shaping it.

NOIR The Agency works across film, television, commercial campaigns, editorial fashion, digital media and creative production. Our talent appear in everything from national advertisements and fashion lookbooks to international studio projects and long-form screen productions. We collaborate with brands, production companies and creative teams to deliver casting that is authentic, diverse and aligned with contemporary storytelling.
